A group of 10 universities including Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, and UC
Berkeley have jointly issued a report warning that climate impacts have
been underestimated. The report points to a survey of research carried
out since 2005 (the cutoff date for consideration by the IPCC for its
forecasts published in November 2007) that demonstrate that indicators
of climate change worldwide are tracking higher than the high end of
climate projections made 2 years ago.
