In 2013, every region in New York published a plan to guide carbon reduction and economic development. SHV is helping the Mid-Hudson Regional Sustainability Coalition, creator of our plan, to assess progress and current opportunities. We believe this work is ongoing and requires an adaptive network of organizations.
