A Bright Idea:
Project Ninety-10 is a model four-season greenhouse-based farm using highly efficient solar and geothermal power on ten percent of the host land’s footprint while preserving a rewilded forest.
Architect, inventor and entrepreneur Michael McDonough has designed the technology, business model, and cropping plans and proven the concept for over 60 crops. For more then four years, he has been demonstrating the business viability at Tongore Brook Farm in Stone Ridge, NY.
Now the project is ready to replicate on additional sites with new partners and build the foundation for a world of small farms empowering resilient communities.
